The PROPPER APECS Parka features an ultralight, breathable GORE-TEX� barrier that protects against water and wind, even after repeat launderings and exposure to DEET, oil and other types of petroleum. Seams are sealed with GORE-TEX� to provide superior waterproof protection throughout. Parka features an extended drop tail and a roll and stow hood. Sewn to military specification MIL-DTL-32157 and worn by the U.S. Air Force. Made in the USA.
