Custom made sleeping bag for Government project bid sample for visual inspection/bid compliance evaluation.  New.  Made in Canada.

Down.  Rated -40 Celcius

Waterproof and windproof shell.  Water will still penetrate through seems under heavy water conditions.  Additionally condensation will build up inside the sleeping bag from human sweat evaporation.  This is common for Down sleeping bags in very cold conditions; especially with longer excursions.
